Convergys Corp., a customer management services provider, will buy Stream Global Services from private equity firms Ares Management and Providence Equity Partners for $820 million. Stream provides customer relationship management services in 22 countries in 35 languages.

Cox Enterprises, a media conglomerate based in Atlanta, has bought back its 25% stake in e-commerce company AutoTrader Group for $1.8 billion. Cox sold the said stake to private equity firm Providence Equity Parters for $640 million in 2010.
Qatar's Al Jazeera is mulling over a bid for a controlling stake Turkish pay-TV company Digiturk. Digiturk is an Istanbul-based satellite TV provider with an enterprise value of $1.5 billion.
