Coupa Software, a cloud-based finance solutions provider, bagged $40 million for its Series F funding round led by Meritech Capital, a statement about the funding said.

Cloud-based customer relationship management platform ServiceMax secured $71 million in its latest financing round led by Meritech Capital. ServiceMax is a platform specifically focused for field technicians, VentureBeat reported.

Bromium's oversubscribed Series C funding round had raised USD40 million.
