US social customer solutions provider Lithium Technologies acquired San Francisco-based social media influence scoring platform in a deal valued at $200 million in combined cash and equity.
Lithium Technologies, an enterprise software company based in San Francisco, is reportedly near a deal to acquire social media analytics startup Klout. Lithium will buyout Klout in a deal worth $100 million in cash and stocks.
Nearly USD50 million was received by Lithium Technologies in its latest funding round.
Lithium Technologies announced today that it had raised USD50 million in mezzanine financing.
