Chinese real estate developer Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties, a unit of billionaire Wang Jianlin's Dalian Wanda Group, will seek approval from Hong Kong's bourse for an up to $6 billion initial public offering on Monday, IFR reported late on Wednesday citing sources familiar with the plans.

Train manufacturer China CNR Corp has chosen China International Capital Corp, Macquarie Group Ltd and UBS AG for its share offering in Hong Kong, according to sources interviewed by Bloomberg.
A Bloomberg report noted that China's massive CNY2.6 trillion or USD427 billion corporate debt is due next year, indicating a possibility that the country could default on its payments for the first time.
