Cirque du Soleil is in advanced talks with two private equity consortia about selling a majority stake in what is the largest theatrical production company in the world, according to people familiar with the matter.

Blackstone Group LP has reached a deal to sell a Manhattan office tower for about $2.25 billion to a venture led by Canadian property investor Ivanhoe Cambridge, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the terms of the sale.

Global Infrastructure Partners will sell its 27% stake in the Port of Brisbane to Cassie de Depot et Placement du Quebec for AUD1 billion (USD908 million). Cassie is the second-biggest pension fund in Canada.
