Snapchat, the mobile photo-sharing service beloved by teenagers and twenty-somethings, has raised another $50 million, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing made Wednesday.
California-based venture capital firm Benchmark has closed its eighth fund with a total of USD425 million, according to a US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing.
San Francisco-based Dropbox said that it targets to raise USD250 million in its third funding round. If successful, this would give the web storage company a valuation of more than USD8 billion.
