Business never comes without challenges, but every challenge an entrepreneur faces helps them grow as a businessman. Bryce Monkivitch is a living example of how challenges and failures can shape a person to become an e-commerce genius. Monkivitch owns an e-commerce empire comprising four women's fashion brands, one men's jewelry brand and an online store for home décor items. His brands now earn over $1 million every year, making his business among the top 100 fastest growing online companies in Australia.

Initially, Monkivitch struggled a lot before making it big in the world of e-commerce. His first tryst with business happened when he visited China seeking a job with his uncle. However, his business acumen at the time wasn't up to par, and his uncle refused to hire him. This prompted him to double down on his efforts to become a serious entrepreneur.

He started his first independent business venture in 2017 through selling apparel on Facebook and Instagram; unfortunately, this business folded after only a year. This failed first attempt taught him the importance of business networking. He made another attempt at creating a successful online business, starting a women's fashion store on Shopify.

As his online store began to gain success, Monkivitch took slow and careful steps to continue building his online fashion empire, and now owns several sought-after fashion brands such as Sincere Sally. Sincere Sally (@sinceresallyboutique) brand offers high-end fashion garments and accessories, and the brand competes with other acclaimed fashion brands like Nasty Gal, Fashion Nova and Princess Polly. The growing number of followers on Sincere Sally's Facebook and Instagram profiles show the immense popularity the brand has garnered in just a few years.

The challenges that Monkivitch faced initially in his business career helped him become a generous entrepreneur who wants to share his success with others and help them prosper along with him. As a part of his goal to help other entrepreneurs achieve true financial independence, Monkivitch launched an app to help him enlist more marketing staff. The app also trains its users to hone their marketing skills. Presently, there are 4,000 registered users, of which 560 are actively working with Monkivitch. In the future, Monkivitch wants to update and improve his app to help more and more people find a steady source of income.

Monkivitch is a traveler by heart, and enjoys his work because it enables him to travel all over the world. He regularly visits China to meet his suppliers and the U.S to expand his business network, and he also visits the Philippines to meet his team of 12,000 workers. This team is actually a village that was hired by Monkivitch to work for his business, in return, he provided them with housing and steady employment.

Monkivitch stands as a role model to aspiring entrepreneurs who are afraid of facing the challenges of their business. Monkivitch believes in consistent growth being the key to success, and even after receiving a very positive response to Sincere Sally, he wants to take it further and make it the leading online fashion brand in the future.
