Robert Tuzzo confesses that a few years ago, he had noticed a prominent change in the industry in terms of professionals conducting business and noticed many inefficiencies regarding the same. He realized with so many developments and changes in the field; it was time to introduce a robust education system that can provide the right insights and expertise to professionals to become better at it. This was the start of a new beginning for Robert Tuzzo, who currently is also the Division VP of Cross Country Mortgage.

Along with a leading trainer Doug Vairo, Robert Tuzzo initiated the New York School Of Real Estate, known as a pro-bono institution for serving the underserved real estate community with quality education. He started this school with the aim to provide opportunities to professionals for growing the educational options. Fueling this aim of his was also Robert Tuzzo's inclusion in Triple Play, which is one of the largest real estate conventions in the country.

Gradually, his school started growing and reached over 30,000 real estate professionals. Robert Tuzzo refined the contents and the various resources that made up his education initiative's foundation. His organization has been behind the crafting of a compendium of information in areas like mortgage qualifications, appraisals, rehab loans, A-Z mortgage process, determination of values, working of primary and secondary markets, and many others things. All these resources are provided through Robert's organization and also are given to the local boards for education and certification purposes.

Seeing the surge in remote learning, Robert Tuzzo shifted focus towards webinars and online resources. The platform in a short period grew to 3K participants in a week. Capitalizing social media platforms' growth, he developed a new application called Digital Blueprint for helping people in the industry create an effective blueprint of theirs. During the limited pilot program that the organization conducted recently, aspiring and digitally focused professionals were provided with educational recordings, Q and A segments, session documents, social media professionals' advice, etc.

These resources have helped professionals to make the transition from the traditional working into the digital arena. Providing so many new insights digitally and enhancing professionals' knowledge has allowed Robert Tuzzo to be known as the leader in the real estate and lending industry.
