Wynnchurch Capital invests on Detroit Tool

Wynnchurch Capital stated on Friday that it is arranging a series of investments in Detroit Tool Metal Products, Co. Detroit Tool Metal Products was previously acquired by Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

The investments will be handed out in conjunction with the company's management team. There were no financial terms disclosed on the transaction. Senior debt financing was provided by Bank of the West. Mezzanine funding and equity co-investment was given by Bank of Montreal.

Detroit Tool Metal Products is based in Lebanon, Missouri. The company is a metal stampings and truck components provider to construction, agricultural, and industrial related businesses.
