'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2' actor Josh Hutcherson, who plays Peeta Mellark in the film trilogy, teased that there may be more to come for the series. The recently released official full-length trailer for part 2 revealed the late Philip Seymour Hoffman's final scenes.

The third and final installment for 'The Hunger Games' may be scheduled for a debut on November 20, 2015, but Hutcherson seemed coy when asked about the series' fate. According to Movie Pilot, the actor was asked about the possibility of further developments at the recently concluded San Diego Comic Con last July to which he replied, "There is...I'm sorry. No, I can't say that. I'm sorry. We'll see what happens."

This caused fans around the world to ponder on that vague yet immensely loaded answer. Lionsgate, on the other hand, didn't issue any announcement on a possible follow-up.

His interview with Huffington Post sought to clear the air on any speculations that worked its way around the internet. He was asked to clarify his SDCC comment for which he replied, "I mean the truth is I don't know anything. I would like there to be more because they're really fun to make, and it's a fun character, but... afraid that I'm not clear on that one... If it does happen, at the same time it's like, it has to be something that Suzanne [Collins] really believes in... It has to be something that she creates naturally. It's not just trying to make more movies out of it."

Hutcherson is set to reprise his role as the compassionate Peeta, Katniss Everdeen's loyal ally and love interest from District 12.

The newly released full-length trailer for 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2' also featured scenes with the late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman who played the second head gamemaker Plutarch Heavensbee in the franchise.

According to Mirror.co.uk, his role for the mainstream film franchise was one of his final acts before passing away last February 2, 2014 in a suspected drug-related incident. Director Francis Lawrence refused the use of CGI for the actor's scenes after his demise. He said that although they still had to shoot two scenes with Hoffman, his lines were re-written for other actors to carry out instead.

'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2' is a science-fiction adventure film poised as the concluding chapter in Katniss Everdeen's fight against Capitol and President Snow. It is based off the best-selling young adult series by author Suzanne Collins.
