Red Velvet member Joy and BTOB's Sungjae were spotted filming for MBC's "We Got Married" which is a Korean reality TV show that showcases the cast going on dates and getting married in the process.

The two idols are the newest couple tasked to soar up the chronic low ratings of the dating show that has long been renounced by some K-Pop fans in fear that their favorite idol might be the next in line to be virtually wed with another person.

True enough, a number of BTOB fans loathe "We Got Married" since the announcement of Sungjae entering the show has been made with Red Velvet's formerly youngest member Joy.

The duo was seen walking closely together which can be interpreted that they were having alone time on a date together on a regular street in Seoul. However, it amused the people who have witnessed the filming as a bunch of staff has been following the couple from behind, making the supposed date too awkward and unnatural from outside the camera.

Korean Netizens commented, "So that's how they film WGM... no wonder the couples can't help but act" and "Look at all those staff, it looks like they're shooting a drama."

Fan accounts even used the past couple Lee Taemin from SHINee and Son Naeun of rising girl group Apink  to cite how the actors go on their separate ways after every break from the filming, conversing with their own staff which depicts more or less like filming a movie, voiding the sense of a reality TV show.

"Seeing the public film set for Taemin and Naeun totally cracked my delusions about WGM. After filming, they didn't even talk to each other and just hung out with their separate staff. Even the people who left accounts said actors don't act so cold with each other," brings up a former fan of the show.

Meanwhile, the teaser introducing the new couple shows Joy standing amongst many huge gift boxes, freaking out after the text she sent to Sungjae has been marked as read. She then hid in one of the said boxes expecting him to find her.

The sweetness of the relationship between the young couple was also represented with them wearing matching polka-dot shirts and Sungjae calling Joy his "Wife" while sitting in a café, typical to a "We Got Married" setting.

As the filming for "We Got Married" has eventually continued against the wishes of passionate fans of the two, it looks like supporters of the dating reality TV and the pairing of Red Velvet Joy and BTOB Sungjae will rejoice anticipating the first episode for the newest love story.
