The first official trailer of "The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" revealed vital details about the fate of the Gladers led by Dylan O'Brien. But fans of the movie franchise roared when the trailer showed Thomas and Teresa shared an intimate kiss. The trailer also showed new cast additions like Giancarlo Esposito, who is known for starring in "Breaking Bad."

"The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" trailer was exhibited on April 23, during 20th Century Fox's presentation at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. The trailer offered some intriguing sneak peek about what's going to happen in the sequel. One of the most talked about scene after the trailer's release is where Thomas and Teresa (Kaya Scodelario) shared an intimate kiss. But later in the movie, the Gladers will be joined by new female characters that may spark a possible love triangle.

Speaking of new characters, the film also got another actor to join its roster of TV stars making a big screen crossover. Giancarlo Esposito, who is best known for playing Gus Fring in AMC's "Breaking Bad," will also be joining the O'Brien-led movie. Esposito will play as Jorge, the leader of survivors infected by the Flare virus. They call themselves "Cranks" a term for people who have become insane due to the virus, who also developed hatred towards the healthy and the immune ones.

"The Scorch Trials" will bring new and unimaginable challenges to the Gladers after being "rescued" in the end of the first movie. Thomas has a bad hunch for his and his friends' fate in the hands of their rescuers as they are being led into a WCKD location near a desert land called The Scorch. His speculation is proven right and it would lead the Gladers into another mission to escape the WCKD facility instead of taking part in another trial.

"The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" will reveal whether the Gladers will once again surpass the challenges given to them as it hit theaters on October 10, 2015. Aside from Thomas and Teresa's passionate kissing scene, fans should also watch out for new faces like Giancarlo Esposito and if they will turn out to be the Gladers' allies or foes.
