An upcoming movie that has aroused the curiosity of moviegoers who want something light & pleasant to watch, for a change, Pixar's "Inside Out" has all the ingredients of an engaging animated  flick.

Step into the mind of 11-year-ol Riley Anderson, whose voice will be lent by teenaged American actress Kaitlyn Dias, and experience the roller-coaster of emotions that'll grip her when she & her family moves to the big city.

The emotions assume human-like dimensions and will be voiced by some of Hollywood's established actresses& actors.  Amy Poehler's sunny disposition is utilized as she voices Joy. The Emmy award-winning actress, Golden Globes host and female lead of the romantic comedy "They Came Together" has lent her voice to several films, including Shrek The Third. Diane Lane, who has played a vast array of roles that include Richard Gere's wife in "Unfaithful" to the lead role in "Under the Tuscan Sun" and "Nights in Rodanthe" voices Riley's mom.

As with other well-crafted animation movies, viewers can look forward to interesting insights presented in an innovative way. Pixar has a track record in producing exceptional films with endearing concepts ranging from a clownfish who learns to take care of himself, a French rat becoming a superb chef, to a princess who consults a witch and defies custom

The film will delve on real-life processes that occur in the mind, so psychologists were consulted. The control center shown in the movie as the headquarters inside Riley's mind -- where the positive emotions must wend their way back as the protagonist acquires emotional balance -- was digitally rendered.

Inside Out has generated much interest even before the trailer was released, since it has a competent cast. Animated film lovers will also get to enjoy Michael Giacchino's original score when the movie hits theaters this June. It's also interesting to note that at the helm of the new animated flick is "Up" director, Pete Docter, who derived inspiration from his own daughter. He drew insights from the pre-teen sentiments and behaviour of his daughter.

To date, the trailer of Inside Out has reached close to three million views on YouTube. It's high time Pixar serves up fun & adventure anew via a film that'll offer global viewers an engaging time and tons of helpful ideas for youngsters and adults alike.
