With Kristina Bobbi Brown still under a medically induced comma, Cissy Brown and Pat Houston just want to get things over with and pull the plug on Bobbi's life support. However, Bobby Brown is still hopeful that his daughter will wake up and refuses to end life support for his daughter. Consequently, Nick Gordon is still under investigation in connection with the recent events.

As Bobbi Kristina Brown lays unconscious, brain-dead, and under a medically induced coma at the DeKalb Medical Facility, his mother's relatives Pat Houston and Cissy Houston sees fit to pull the plug on her life support. However, Bobby Brown, Bobbi's father, does not agree with his late wife's family's decision. He still remains hopeful that his daughter would recover from her health condition and eventually end up okay. While Bobbi's father and relatives are disputing over her life, Nick Gordon, her fiancé and considered as a possible suspect for her fate, remains under criminal investigation while confined into a rehabilitation center for drug abuse.

Pat and Cissy Houston have been dreading the current events that revolve around their relative, Bobbi Kristina Brown. They wish that she could rest and pull the plug on her life support. However, this is beyond their power to decide as Bobby Brown is the sole person that has the right to make a crucial decision as to keeping her daughter alive or ending her life support.

Speculations arise that the Houstons have accepted the fate that Bobbi is under at present. However, others think the opposite. They contend that Cissy and Pat care less about what happens to Bobbi and are more concerned at receiving the $20 million inheritance that will be disseminated among them if Bobbi was to lose her life. Until then,  Bobby Brown remains firm on his decision to keep his daughter breathing and refuses to conform to the Houstons' wishes.

Amidst the disagreement between Bobbi's family and her father's hopeful spirit that she wake up and eventually end up fine after what happened to her, Bobbi has not shown any signs of recovery.  Experts even indicate that Bobbi might not be able to recover and would be under long-term life support due to the enormous lack of oxygen that she underwent. Furthermore, they conclude that if the girl is bedridden for a long time, it would deteriorate her ability to be physically fit. Nonetheless, Bobby Brown still visits his daughter on a regular basis at the rehabilitation center.

In other news, Nick Gordon is still under investigation for possible foul play with regard to the condition of Bobbi Brown. He was also around when Whitney Houston, Bobbi's mother, was found unconscious in the same way. Speculations now arise that he is responsible for both incidents. Furthermore, since Nick previously admitted in Whitney's that he was responsible for supplying Whitney with illegal drugs that led to her death, authorities investigate as to whether the same act was committed by Nick unto Bobbi. Based on sources, because of his possible involvement with the incidents, Bobby has banned Nick from visiting Bobbi Brown.
