Nobody is perfect, and we have to face the fact that our phones aren't perfect either. They can be slow, have a fast battery drain, and other problems. Here are solutions to some of the problems that are commonly faced by iOS users.

1.      Slow user interface

-If you feel that your device is running slow, go to Settings > General > Usage. Usually, devices slow down as internal memory fills up. If you have a lot of old photos, music you don't want to listen to anymore, or unused apps, consider deleting them or moving them to cloud. You can also disable the parallax effect of iOS by heading to Settings > Accessibility > and turn on Reduce Motion. You can also turn Perspective Zoom to off by heading to Wallpaper and Brightness Settings, tap the lock screen wallpaper, and toggle Perspective Zoom to off.

2.      Stalled Text Messages

-Make sure that you have service, or that your are connected to the internet through Wi-Fi or cellular data, and tap the red exclamation point next to your text message. You can either try sending it again, or opt to not send it at all. If this does not work, try restarting your device by pressing and holding the Power and Home button at the same time.

3.      Unresponsive screen

-Your phone may not respond to you, but there is not need to panic. Most of the time, these kinds of problems can be fixed with a force reset. If your phone has completely locked up and is unusable, try a force reset by pressing and holding the Home and Power buttons at the same time to reboot your device.

4.      App crashing

-Always update your apps as soon as an update is available. This applies to updates for your iOS devices as well to ensure that your device is running properly and up to date. If an application crashes or is unresponsive, double tap the home button and swipe the specific app away to force close it. Re-open it and it should be working fine.
