The FIFA World Cup 2014 has officially kicked off despite many setbacks before the event. Watch the opening ceremony with performances from Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull and more. The event started at 2:15 p.m. ET and watch it live here at ESPN or here at Univision.

Jennifer Lopez has on hand performed her World Cup theme song, "We Are One (Ole Ola)," and Pitbull was also there to support JLo.

Brazil will take on Croatia in its opening World Cup match at 4:00 p.m. ET.

ESPN requires a TV provider login while Univision is free. Univision also offers apps downloadable from both iTunes and Android platforms. The app offers an interactive live soccer experience that can connect users to each other via Twitter or Facebook

Univision is also streaming the first 56 matches on its website for free.

If you live in the United States, you can catch the World Cup opening ceremonies streaming online at ESPN3. If you don't have access to ESPN3 or you would prefer to watch with Spanish audio, it's also streaming on Univision.
