Risanamento, an Italian real estate company, has previously announced a plan to ink a deal selling off eight properties it owns in Paris. The deal has been discussed with Chelsfield/The Olayan Group. The sale of another property in France was also reported to have been offered to Luigi Zunino, a shareholder in the real estate firm.

On Monday, the company said it would take in Zunino’s offer to purchase two of the properties on sale. Risanamento has originally given approval to Chelsfield to acquire the nine properties put on sale.

On Wednesday, the Italian real estate company announced that it has inked a preliminary deal. The transaction covered the sale of nine of its French properties, reported Reuters. The deal was said to have been valued EUR1.225 billion. The closed deal stated selling off 8 properties to UK’s Chelsfield and The Olayan Group. Meanwhile, Luigi Zunino would acquire one property subject to conditions.
