Rock Hill backs Oklahoma's Park Energy

Rock Hill Capital Group announced that it has invested in Park Energy Services LLC, a company based in Oklahoma City, according to Business Wire. The financial terms of the investment deal were not disclosed in the said report.

Park Energy was established for the acquisition and operation of a fleet of Sertco compressors. The Sertco fleet caters to companies in the local energy production industry, the report detailed.

Jonathan Mitchell is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Park Energy. He manages the firm together with a group of seasoned compression industry executives, the report stated.

Mitchell said of the deal: "We selected Rock Hill as our investment partner based upon their reputation in the marketplace and their shared vision of our growth plan for Park Energy. We believe Rock Hill has the expertise to help us execute our plan to aggressively increase the size of our fleet to meet the needs of our customers."
