Talari raises USD15 milllion in Series D funding

Talari Networks Inc announced that it raised USD15 million in Series D funding. The round was led by Four Rivers Group. Existing investors Silver Creek Ventures and Menlo Ventures also participated in the round, according to a report published by Silicon Valley Business Journal.

The new round of funding will be used as Talari's growth capital. It will also be used for the payment of its bridge loans. To date, the company has raised USD32 million since its 2009 founding, the report said.

Talari is an innovator for business continuity and network reliability solutions. The firm improves wide area network (WAN) reliability, affordability, and capacity to accommodate the demands of mission-critical applications. The company has received several awards for its performance in the industry. These awards include Best of Interop-Performance Optimization, CRN 2013 Emerging Vendors, Techworld Awards-Networking Application Product of the Year, and CRN Data Center 100 List, according to a report by MarketWired.
