Freeborn & Peters LLP, the law firm based out of Chicago, expanded its private equity and venture capital team as it hired Gary A. Jungels. He will also serve as Partner of the Corporate Practice Group of the firm. 

Jungels was hired because of his extensive experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, in particular fund formation and joint ventures. In his previous employments, he had represented fund sponsors and management teams in structure formation, negotiations and closure of global and domestic funds for both general and specific industry use.
