Website creation platform Wix announced that the opening price for its initial public offering tomorrow would be at the high end of its expected price range. Wix would be selling its shares at USD 16.50 per share. The company had earlier said that it expected to price the shares from USD 14.50 to USD 16.50 per share.

The website creator would be offering 7.7 million ordinary shares in its debut. Stockholders' offers would comprise 1.9 million of the total shares. Last week, Wix said it intended to raise USD 119 million from the share sale. However, a TechCrunch report said the company's final filing would allow Wix to gather as much as USD 127 million for its IPO. The website creator would also likely see its valuation increase. Wix would probably be valued at USD 750 million to USD 800 million from its previous valuation figure of USD 720 million, the report said.

Wix will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker "WIX."
