Private equity firm, Madison Parker Capital, which is focused on lower middle market as well as high growth platforms, had announced the success of one of its portfolio company. The company is beRecruited and was sold to The Raine Group, a fellow private equity firm based out of New York. 

beRecruited was bought from its founders by Madison Parker Capital back in 2007. The financial details were not disclosed by the company statement.

beRecruited is the country's top online networking site for high school student-athletes seeking to be recruited by colleges and universities athletics programs. In the site, the athletes build their profiles of both academic and athletic records as well as reach out to schools and athletic programs throughout the country.
