Rutland Plastic Technologies has a new owner

Middle market investment firm that focuses on private equity and mezzanine investments, Graycliff Partners LP, announced the transfer of its ownership over Rutland Plastic Technologies Inc. Rutland manufactures plastisol, an ingredient in screen printing inks and industrial applications.

The transfer was made to the Riverside Company and the financial details were not disclosed.

According to Graycliff Partners Managing Director Jim Marley, "We are pleased to have partnered with the management team at Rutland to further expand the company's product offerings and global footprint. Rutland's state of the art technologies, strong customer relationships and track record of innovation in plastisol inks have driven the company's growth."
