TrendKite closes USD 1.2 million in Series A funds

Startup marketing and analytics firm TrendKite announced the successful close of its Series A round. It was able to raise USD 1.2 million in the round led by Silverton Partners. Other investors who also gave their capital commitments included DreamIt Ventures and Inovalon Founder Raymond Walheim. Founder and CEO of BlackLocus Rodrigo Carvalho, OtherInbox Founder Joshua Baer and GameFly Founder Sean Spector also participated in the round.

TrendKite helps customers get a better return for their investment by utilizing predictive analytics. By using data generated from their service, clients can adjust their marketing efforts for improved gains.

TrendKite Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Matthew Allison thanked the investors for their support. He also underscored the importance of their platform.
