HTC fans in the UK have been able to purchase the Desire 10 Lifestyle via third-party retailers, which put it on sale via Amazon UK.

However, starting this week, customers who want to make sure they'll get all the benefits of buying a new smartphone in their country (including supported service and warranty) will now be able to grab it at Clove UK.

The major retailer is now making the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle available to anyone who wants a great mid-range Android smartphone. The handset costs £299 outright, slightly less than the price you have to pay on Amazon if you want the Desire 10 Lifestyle.

HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle is a mid-range handset that ships with the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system right out of the box. The phone is powered by a decent 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage (expandable via microSD card). On the back, the handset features a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture and 28mm focal length, while in the front there's a secondary 5-megapixel selfie camera with HDR function.

Another interesting piece of hardware is the 5.5-inch Super LCD display that supports HD (720p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass coating for extra protection.

The Desire 10 Lifestyle comes with BoomSound speakers with dedicated amplifier, Hi-Res audio certification, Dolby Audio processing and equalizer, as well as HTC Sense Themes. It's also worth mentioning the phone is powered by a 2,700 mAh battery.

The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle smartphone was launched in September 2016. The phone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels at a PPI of 267 pixels per inch.

Taiwan-based HTC soon began making smartphones based on Windows Mobile and Brew. It released the first commercial Android smartphone, the HTC Dream, in 2008, and is today a manufacturer of both Android and Windows based smartphones. HTC re-entered the tablet market with the Google Nexus 9 in 2014.
