Kanye West is now said to be discharged at the hospital and finally home from UCLA Medical Center where in he has been under heavy medication supervision since he got admitted last November 21.

According to a source, Kanye West is now at home with his wife Kim and their kids. He seems okay and happy to be home. Kim's family is visiting. Kanye will continue to receive treatment and help with how to cope with stress. He needs to learn how to better balance his work and family life.

The 39 year old rapper, Kanye West was hospitalized because of exhaustion and sleep deprivation just shortly after he canceled the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour and had stayed there for Thanksgiving.

Wife Kim Kardashian West, who had been in New York City to attend an event honoring her late father, Robert Kardashian, returned to Los Angeles to be by West's side as he recovered from his physical and emotional meltdown.

Another source told an interview that Kim is very much worried about the kids being around Kanye.
