Recently rumoured divorced couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were spotted getting breakfast together in Santa Monica, California, on Saturday morning. Affleck, 44, wore dark green pants with a navy shirt and black leather bomber jacket, while Garner, 44, kept it casual in a black tank top and jeans.

The couple announced they were divorcing  in June 2015 after 10 years of marriage. However, they've remained amicable and have continued to co-parent their kids Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4.

The former couple was last spotted voting together in Los Angeles on Nov. 4. In September, the actors were also spotted dining together without their kids in Santa Monica.

"We are definitely a modern family," Garner said in August. "We're doing really well." She added that her family's dynamic is "children first" - and that spending quality time with them is what's most important. "It has to be," she stressed. "You don't have a choice."

A friend close to the couple told PEOPLE in February that the father of three was looking to spend as much time with his kids as possible.

"He's putting on a united front out of respect for the children and for her and for each other. On that Ben has never wavered," a couple's rep said.

Since announcing their split, Affleck continued his hard-partying lifestyle. In early August, he was spotted at a party in London with his shirt hanging out and his pants unzipped.

"While Jennifer called it quits, she never wanted a divorce," the source said of the couple, who never officially filed.

Astonishingly, the couple has gotten closer in recent weeks. On Election Day, they voted together. Garner even wore a loose-fitting sweatshirt to hide her tummy. Garner is so convinced the bad boy has changed that they're even planning to renew their wedding vows.
