"The day your sis grows up...man of honor bride workout first stop."

The 41-year-old Ryan Seacrest in a post on Instagram early Saturday morning, shared his feelings as he stand beside Meredith, Seacrest's younger sister, on her very special day.

"Today's the day... excited for my sis! Proud to be her man of honor," Ryan tweeted following his Instagram post.

Meredith Seacrest (Now, Meredith Seacrest-Leach) works as the Executive Director and COO at the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. Witnessed by their family and some of the couple's closest friends, Meredith married her husband Jimmy Leach in a private wedding ceremony in Mexico. Leach is a Senior Executive at TOMS.

The celebration was planned and organized by the Oren Cove Event Production led by Stefanie Cove. Meredith stunned in one of the most memorable days of her life with a dress made by Vera Wang. The groomsmen, on the other hand, were dressed by the Ryan Seacrest Distinction collection's suits and accessories.

And speaking of the groom who was an executive at TOMS, all of the members of the wedding celebration ramped their outfits with the company of "One for One" footwear.

Just this Thursday, Seacrest posted a photo of him together with his sister Meredith after the two got the bride's Vera Wang dress.

On a snap he poster on Twitter, Seacrest captioned:"Mere's got the dress, can't wait for her big day Saturday!"

Meanwhile on Friday, Seacrest posted:"#FinallyFriday and finally time for man of honor duties @ Mere's wedding! Can't wait."

Back in October, Seacrest shared when his sister Meredith asked him to be the 'Man of Honor' in her wedding. Part of Meredith's verse to Ryan said: "You've been by my side all of my life, and I wouldn't want you anywhere else, when I become a wife. I'm so lucky to have you as my brother, and couldn't imagine celebrating with any other. So basically what I'm trying to say... Will you be my Man of Honor on my special day?!"
