BuzzFeed is greater than doubling the dimensions of its London headquarters after getting a style for branded video from channels together with Correct Tasty.

The company is finding a space wherein they could build two branded studios and will become the production hub for videos outside of the U.S.

This idea is seen by Brant McLean who just moved in to Britain just last week to become BuzzFeed's senior vice president of branded strategy, Europe. He did not reveal the size of the investment in the studios but he just described it as a "major" piece of work and will be involving a number of new hires.

BuzzFeed is presently having to search out studio house external to a full video work in U.K and even use the BuzzFeed boardroom.

During an interview, he said "we are already creating video for partners here, but now we can expand that in-house. Los Angeles and New York have in-house spaces so, I wanted to make sure that we have the same feeling here in U.K." He also said that the video they are creating now which should launched next year will be underpinned by a new "Headstart" video and product. The video that they are creating is a basic toolkit to create a branded content video which includes camera angles that will work for viral contents.

One such angles is what McLean describes as the "overhead view  of a table top". This has been particularly successful on cooking channels which McLean said that racked up 2.5 billion views in less than a year since it was launched. He added that "our audience really engages with branded content" while he was using a Baileys French Toast recipe on Proper Tasty. By this alone had hit 14 million times on Facebook and has 275,000 shares already.
