Insight Venture Partners has given $35.8 million in minority equity investment to MediaSpectrum, Inc., a multi-channel advertising and content management platform. The investment will be used by the SaaS technology provider to fuel its rapid growth as its solutions are now in high demand among leading media companies all over the world. The transaction also puts Insight Venture Partners Managing Director Peter Sobiloff and Principal Cian Cotter into MediaSpectrum's Board of Directors.
