German luxury carmaker Porsche took their business to a whole new level with its innovation in real estate. Porsche Design Tower in Miami is in itself an exceptional building with 60 stories, one of the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach. But the residential building, now still under construction, will have one key distinctive feature no other building has, a car elevator with a robotic parking garage.

According to Business Insider, the tower's construction will be completed June this year. Even so, only eight out the 132 units are still available on the market. One of them is the 17,000-square-foot penthouse with four-level and private pools, with see-through sky garages with floor-to-ceiling windows, next to the unit. The penthouse is on sale for $32.5 million, while other units' prices started from $4.8 million.

About three months before the official launch of the building, 22 billionaires have already bought in, as reported by Daily News. Even the regular units can display up to 9 cars in its see-through garage. Other building amenities include a spa, ballroom, movie theater, a game room with race car simulators, virtual golf simulator, hair and treatment rooms, also tanning decks. The residence will also include a car concierge who will tend to residents' vehicles by helping with regular maintenance, tire rotations, and washing.

Dezer Properties is the developer of this project. The developer is also in charge of constructing the car elevator, called Dezervator. Residents can drive their cars into one of the three available glass-wailed elevators, and the elevator will take them up to their very own sky garage adjacent to their unit. The elevators project alone is expected to cost about $560 million for the special hydraulic lift, as reported by Pekin Daily Times. "These are people who view their automobiles as art. The car goes up to the unit and it goes right outside your living room," Dezer spokesperson stated.

Dezer also said that when the loan for the project was approved in September, it was the largest loan for a major construction project in the Southeast United States since the real estate recession. The construction was started in April 2014. Dezer Properties collaborates with the Porsche Design Group, as the branding consultancy behind Porsche's luxury sports car.

Some units of the world's first drive-in residential skyscraper are still available on the market. As the Porsche Design Tower describe itself, it's for car-crazy gazillionaires and the vehicles they love. The residence is now still under construction and is expected to be completed in June this year.
