Apple Inc. is opting to release the newest member of MacBook Air family. The MacBook Air 2016 is expected to arrive June next year  with Touch ID and Force Touch technology.

According to Australia Network News, there are reports predicting that the MacBook 2016 will be introduced to fans at Apple's World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC). Apple Inc. could indeed be launching the MacBook Air 2016 in June. Fans of the company can definitely pin their hopes on that given that most predictions so far don't happen. With this, the speculated Christmas launch of the MacBook Air 2016 seemingly won't materialize.

Christian Today stated that one of the reasons why MacBook Air 2016 is coming sooner rather than later is that its predecessors are now having their prices reduced. The discounts cannot come with the forthcoming release of the MacBook Air 2016, although it could just as easily perceived as Apple's way of clearing the shelves for the arrival of a new product.

Another reason to expect the next year's version of the MacBook to arrive in the spring is history. Predecessor versions of the laptop have been launched in the spring, and it would not be surprising to see Apple do the same thing this time around.

Meanwhile, The Bitbag cited some of the possible features that the MacBook Air 2016 might carry. A retina display which is now standard to most of its other gadgets; a Touch ID, Apple's finger print sensor; and Force Touch Technolog are said to be its notable additions. It is also rumored to sport the Intel's Skylake processor, a USB type C support and the latest OS X El Capitan operating system.

This information is not yet confirmed by Apple Inc. but with the history of the company's release, the MacBook Air 2016 might really hit the market shelves June next year. Hopefully, some of its features will be disclosed by the American tech giant soon.
