Carter Wilson (Kathryn Presscot) is going to have a hard time choosing between Jared (Jackson Rathbone), who is currently having an issue with his ex-wife and Crash (Caleb Ruminer), her go-to guy in the second season of "Finding Carter".

The last episode "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter" revealed a hidden story of Jared. In a recap posted by Entertainment Weekly, Jared is technically married and that "he hasn't divorced his ex because she fights him for custody every time and he can't afford to fight back".

Carter decided to know the truth behind the divorce issue with Jared's ex-wife Sarah and decided to go to the boutique downtown and "posing as a complete stranger who's full of personal questions to get Sarah's side of the story". Not long after Jared knew about it and a misunderstanding between the two ensued.

Carter decided to call Crash for advice. He has been Carter's best friend since the show began and Carter definitely feels something was wrong the moment he heard Carter's voice. According to a review on MTV, it seems that Carter made a mistake letting Crash go and this conversation is a start of a reconciliation for both. He has supported Carter in all her decisions and he will continue supporting her all the way.

Jared and Carter eventually got together after Jared showed court documents regarding his divorce and child custody with his daughter. Carter decided to give their relationship a try, even with Crash still showing her how much he cares for her. Yet even if they decide to continue the relationship, secrets will still be uncovered especially with Jared. In the synopsis of the next episode "The Death of the Heart" posted on Carter Matt, Carter's relationship with Jared will be tested.

Finding Carter Season 2 Episode 21 "The Death of the Heart" will air on December 1 on MTV.
