YU Yutopia Update: Confirms Some Specs; Teases New Details

YU Televentures, a subsidiary of Micromax company in India, is gearing up for the launching of its new flagship smartphone, the Yutopia, any time soon. Though the company has not revealed the scheduled release date of the device, it still continues to tease some of its details online.

As previously reported by VC Post, the YU Yutopia is the first-ever high-end smartphone of the company by far. It is expected to sport a a 5.2-inch Quad HD display with 2560 by 1440 pixels resolution, which means that it could be the first QHD device from YU Televentures. Moreover, it will feature a metal build, the foremost YU smartphone to be made of metal, as well as 32GB of internal storage and a 21-megapixel rear shooter alongside an 8-megapixel front-facing snapper.

The company has recently posted some new details about its upcoming smartphone in its official Twitter account. It posted a photo that has a tagline saying, "Yutopia can Quick-Charge while the kids figure out what's 1+2." Then it also tweeted "Big batteries, small charging capabilities. 3 hours wasted #WhySettle #RaisetheBar."

Furthermore, Rahul Sharma, the founder of YU Televentures, claims that the Yutopia will be the most powerful smartphone in the world. Since it is believed to be a premium device, then it will be priced accordingly.

However, there are no official announcements yet as to when this forthcoming device will be launched to the public. In the meantime, those who are interested with the YU Yutopia can head to the company's official website to register.

All YU spectators should simply wait patiently for the company's formal announcement about the matter. With all the teasers it reveals, it is no surprise that the Yutopia is arriving real soon. Thus, it is best to let the company introduce it officially to everyone in the coming days.
