Microsoft Surface Phone boasts powerful features; Rumored to be out very soon?

Microsoft is reportedly to be working on a new handset, the Surface Phone. It is rumored to be a high-end smartphone packed with powerful hardware as well as great design.

The Microsoft Surface Phone could be the next big thing from the Redmond-based company in the coming months. According to recent reports, the alleged smartphone has made an appearance at the Bluetooth SIG website. It came along with the listings for the Lumia 950 and 950 XL devices.

The said website shows that the smartphone being referred to as the Surface Phone is the Microsoft ms1 listed. Unfortunately, there are no other details provided about it. But interestingly, its model number differs from that of the recent Lumia smartphones. Thus, there is a possibility that it could be the Surface Phone.

Moreover, rumors claim that the Surface Phone is codenamed as Project Juggernaut Alpha. It is expected to sport a 5.5-inch display with QHD screen resolution and be powered by Intel Atom x3 (SoFIA) 64-bit chipset with 4GB of RAM.

Camera wise, it is speculated to boast a 21-megapixel PureView Zeiss 6-lens primary shooter alongside an 8-megapixel Zeiss wide-angle front snapper. It will also run on Windows 10 operating system out of the box.

Furthermore, the Surface Phone is predicted to have 64GB and 128GB variants expandable up to 256GB. It is also said to include a USB-Type C port as well as an S Pen-esque Surface Pen.

However, the company has not confirmed anything about the matter yet. It is still best to wait for the official announcement of Microsoft regarding its alleged Surface Phone.
